Conversion Optimization Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Conversion Optimization Specialist to turn traffic into revenue for high‑growth DTC brands. This full‑time remote position will have you own landing‑page and funnel testing across multiple Shopify stores, turning insights into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRO roadmaps for several Shopify‑based brands.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests on offers, pricing, layout, copy, and UX.
• Audit landing pages, product detail pages, and checkout flows to spot friction.
• Prioritize tests based on traffic volume, business goals, and potential lift.
• Use tools such as Replo, Intelligems, and Shopify analytics to gather data.
• Communicate results with clear recommendations for retesting, rollout, or scaling.
• Collaborate with design, development, and media teams to implement tests quickly.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in CRO, growth, or performance marketing.
• Proven success with Shopify or DTC e‑commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of funnels, user behavior, and conversion psychology.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
