About the role

The position is responsible for coordinating recruitment, selection and organizational development activities for a call‑center environment. The focus is on delivering sales‑oriented training workshops that prepare new hires to operate efficiently and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and, when needed, translate training materials.
• Deliver training sessions both online and onsite.
• Support supervisors in selecting new staff through interviews, written exams and test calls conducted during sales workshops.
• Maintain staff coverage by running weekly sales workshops for candidates to assess sales aptitude.
• Train newly selected employees on operational processes and area‑specific procedures.
• Plan and schedule weekly selection procedures, workshops, training sessions and interviews.
• Develop and evaluate sales techniques, applying tests to measure candidate performance at the end of each workshop.
• Ensure new hires understand the product and commercial operations to start activities immediately.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating recruitment and selection processes.
• Ability to design, translate and deliver training materials.
• Familiarity with sales‑focused training and assessment methods.
• Strong organizational skills to schedule workshops, interviews and training sessions.
• Capability to work closely with supervisors to evaluate candidate performance.
