People & Organizational Change Analyst

About the role

PALO IT is seeking a People & Organizational Change Analyst to shape and support people strategies that drive organizational development and transformation in Mexico City. The role involves analyzing current capabilities, identifying talent gaps, and aligning development initiatives with evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the current and future state of talent, structures, roles, competencies, and skills to identify gaps and development opportunities.
• Lead talent mapping initiatives by consolidating organizational data, role structures, job profiles, and competency requirements.
• Support the development and maintenance of competency models and skill matrices.
• Consolidate hard and soft skills assessments into comprehensive 360° talent assessments.
• Translate assessment findings into actionable talent development plans.
• Apply Change Management tools and methodologies to facilitate adoption of new processes and structures.
• Develop executive dashboards to monitor progress and provide visibility into talent and transformation efforts.

Required profile

• Degree in Organizational Psychology, Administration, HR, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Transformation, or Change Management.
• Strong understanding of organizational structures, job architecture, and competency frameworks.
• Ability to analyze talent capabilities, identify gaps, and translate findings into strategic initiatives.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and people data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
