Senior Talent Partner

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Talent Partner to join Checkout.com’s global Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City. In this senior recruiting position you will own end‑to‑end hiring for Corporate and Commercial functions across the Americas, shaping our talent strategy and supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative hiring strategies and campaigns to build diverse pipelines for non‑technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Develop talent maps for evergreen skill sets and drive DEIB initiatives in collaboration with regional TA colleagues.
• Continuously improve ATS processes, tagging, and reporting to increase hiring efficiency.

Required profile

• Extensive experience recruiting for non‑technical functions, with a proven track record of senior‑level stakeholder management.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to use metrics to refine processes and demonstrate impact.
• Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
