Recruiter – Global Talent Acquisition

About the role

Amex GBT is seeking a Recruiter to join its Global Talent Acquisition team in Mexico. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for complex and high‑impact roles, partnering with business leaders and supporting candidates throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for niche and high‑impact positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess active and passive candidates across diverse channels.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and ensure fair evaluation.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
• Negotiate offers, close candidates, and track recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of recruiting experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong internal customer management and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using sourcing platforms and competency‑based interviewing techniques.
