Corporate Communications Specialist – Mexico

About the role

Henkel is looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist to lead internal and external communication initiatives across its Mexican business units. The role will ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and strategic alignment with global guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor internal communication strategies for all Henkel Mexico units.
• Create engaging content for internal channels such as News HUB, email newsletters, and internal campaigns.
• Coordinate key internal announcements, including strategic initiatives, business updates, and major milestones.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate events.
• Assist in the implementation of Henkel’s external corporate communications strategy in Mexico.
• Maintain compliance with global communication guidelines, brand standards, and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications.
• Experience working with regional or global teams is a strong plus.
• Excellent writing skills in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
