Corporate & Labor Lawyer

About the role

The Lawyer will provide comprehensive legal advice and support across corporate, commercial, labor, and compliance matters. This role is essential for mitigating legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs and other legal documents.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate, labor, commercial and regulatory issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Support labor‑relations matters, including employee disputes and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate and manage external legal counsel when required.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and present recommendations to management.
• Assist with corporate governance activities and maintain legal documentation.
• Help resolve disputes, claims and litigation matters.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes affecting company operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on business initiatives and strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and a valid professional license to practice law in Mexico.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate, labor, commercial or compliance law.
• Experience handling contracts, negotiations and legal documentation.
• Previous experience supporting manufacturing, industrial or multinational companies is preferred.
