Cost Controller – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

Join Mondelēz International in Ecatepec as a Cost Controller, supporting finance planning and performance management for our snacking business. You will work under the Finance Manager, ensuring data integrity and contributing to financial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Execute finance planning, forecasting, target development and performance reporting for a defined scope.
• Collect, structure and validate financial data, maintaining information integrity.
• Monitor reconciliations, perform basic checks and uphold strong controls and compliance.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and support projects aimed at improving efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior finance leaders to provide decision support and financial modeling.
