Costs Analyst – Automotive Industry

About the role
We are looking for a Costs Analyst to join Bosch Group’s Toluca plant, supporting the Automotive Business divisions. The role focuses on analysing, calculating and controlling departmental results, providing reliable financial data and supporting strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the logistics department to evaluate cost implications and identify profit‑earning opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly cost reports on time.
- Oversee all cost accounting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate central processes and projects assigned to the department.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Strong analytical mindset with solid data analysis capabilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP UBK‑RM (UG, UP modules).
- Data analysis and data modelling expertise.
