Country Controller

About the role

As the Country Controller for Uline Mexico, you will shape the financial strategy, oversee the Credit, Collections and Cash Application teams, and ensure operational excellence and legendary service for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily Credit, Collections and Cash Application operations, maintaining strong performance and high-quality customer service.
• Collaborate with internal departments and senior leadership to define strategy and drive process improvements.
• Develop and implement credit procedures that maximize cash flow and reduce financial risk.
• Monitor internal audits, assess workflows and individual performance, and identify coaching opportunities.
• Mentor and onboard new team members, reinforcing a positive company culture and efficient operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent verbal and written).
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in a proven leadership role.
• Previous experience with a U.S.-owned company is preferred.
