Country Lead - Mexico

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Country Lead for Mexico. This is a senior role combining strategic market leadership with hands-on commercial execution: you act as Fever's main representative in the market, own the growth strategy and day-to-day commercial relationships, build and lead a business development team, and drive revenue targets while serving as the local voice to HQ.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Fever's interests in the market and build your personal brand as a senior leader.
• Develop and run a data-driven growth strategy to scale Fever's presence in the region.
• Build, manage and mentor a high-performing business development team.
• Create deep commercial relationships with producers, creators, venues and other key stakeholders.
• Set up and refine the local sales process and partner network.
• Manage commercial strategy with key partners and meet or exceed revenue targets, reporting quarterly goals.
• Act as the in-market expert on entertainment trends, new experiences and the local competitive landscape.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Share best practices with fellow Country Leads across regions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, business development, commercial management or a related field, ideally a mix of strategy and execution.
• Proven track record of building partnerships and hitting commercial targets.
• Deep knowledge of the local entertainment, events and lifestyle landscape.
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in the local language is a strong plus.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.
