Country Manager – Mexico

About the role

Le Creuset is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead its business in Mexico. Based in Mexico City, you will be responsible for driving growth, brand equity, and profitability across retail, wholesale, and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the country strategy aligned with global and regional objectives.
• Drive commercial performance, optimizing sales, margins, and overall profitability.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in Commercial, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
• Ensure operational excellence through continuous process improvement.
• Adapt global policies to local regulatory and business requirements.
• Develop and implement customer and brand strategies to strengthen market positioning.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and landlords.
• Represent the brand externally as an engaging ambassador.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading a multi‑functional business unit or country operation.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience in retail and/or luxury environments.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership.
