Country Manager – Mexico

About the role

Enfint is seeking a Country Manager to lead the expansion of its AI Customer Operations Platform, Flametree.ai, across Mexico. The role focuses on driving market entry, building strategic relationships, and scaling sales within the fintech and banking sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute Flametree's go‑to‑market strategy for Mexico.
• Establish and nurture relationships with executives at fintechs, banks, lenders, and card issuers.
• Identify, generate, and manage sales opportunities throughout the pipeline.
• Lead customer meetings, product demos, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder and product team to align market feedback with product development.
• Develop local partnerships and ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or banking technology solutions.
• Existing network within Mexican fintechs, banks, lenders, or card issuers.
• Deep understanding of the Mexican financial services market.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
