Courier – Package Delivery & Sorting

About the role

FedEx is seeking reliable couriers to provide courteous and efficient delivery, sorting, and pick‑up of packages across Mexico. You will ensure shipments are processed accurately, comply with regulations, and reach customers on time.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver, collect, and sort packages while completing all required paperwork.
• Verify labeling, weight, size, hazardous‑material requirements, and customs documentation.
• Maintain vehicle safety, follow local traffic laws, and keep the assigned vehicle clean.
• Provide excellent customer service, identify additional business opportunities, and report leads to sales staff.
• Handle cash, packages, and equipment securely and follow FedEx safety policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle and a clean driving record.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Ability to pass FedEx Basic Skills Test (reading, map reading, sorting, math).
• Physical ability to lift 70 lb and maneuver single packages up to 150 lb.
• Neat appearance, good verbal and written communication, and basic English skills.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts.
