Crewing Team Lead

About the role

The Crewing Team Lead is responsible for managing personnel logistics for operational staff and offshore rotations, ensuring that crew change processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role acts as the primary liaison between crew members, travel coordinators, and the Personnel Logistics Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements, assignments, and rotations for offshore personnel.
• Serve as the champion user of crewing tools and technology, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead a team of crewing specialists, ensuring they have the competencies to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Work with planners to manage Personnel On Board (POB) on FPSOs and support temporary MOC processes.
• Identify operational solutions aligned with competency and training requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a crewing department of a marine management company, preferably with multinational crews.
• Knowledge of OPITO, IMO and STCW regulations.
• Strong experience in logistics, regulatory management and third‑party relationship management.
