Cross Project / Function Supply Chain Team Lead

About the role

Harbour Energy is seeking a senior professional to lead and integrate supply chain operations across multiple projects and functions in Mexico City. The role ensures that supply chain activities are aligned with the strategic objectives of the Technical Services – Supply Chain organisation, driving efficiency, cost‑effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for cross‑project supply chain activities, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Develop and implement supply chain solutions that improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with technical services, project teams and external partners to optimise resource utilisation.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, data‑driven analysis and collaboration.
• Report performance metrics and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading supply chain functions in complex, multi‑project environments, preferably within the oil & gas or energy sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on cost optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior leaders.
• Commitment to health, safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
