Culture & Communication Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Culture & Communication Analyst to lead internal and external communications and corporate branding for One Mobility in Mexico. The role will support the promotion of company activities, ensure brand consistency, and help foster an engaging organizational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate image and culture campaigns.
• Manage internal and external communication channels, including social media platforms.
• Create informational videos and visual content to support branding initiatives.
• Coordinate employee gift distribution and handle purchase requisitions with suppliers.
• Support planning, organization, and coverage of company events.
• Maintain consistency and protection of the corporate brand image across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Experience in corporate communications, branding, and employee engagement.
• Ability to design and manage social media and internal communication platforms.
• Strong organizational skills for event coordination and supplier management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere.
