Customer Product Quality Manager (CPQM) – Regional Segment Quality

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Customer Product Quality Manager (CPQM) to lead customer product quality activities across multiple product families within the segment. The role serves as the primary regional quality interface between customers, manufacturing plants, R&D centers, and commercial organizations, ensuring consistent product quality performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the regional quality representative for assigned customers and product families.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer quality, engineering, warranty, and purchasing teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive quality management, effective communication, and timely issue resolution.
• Represent the segment in customer reviews, business assessments, quality performance meetings, and escalations.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive customer product quality strategy across multiple plants and product lines.
• Monitor and analyze customer scorecards, warranty performance, field returns, and quality KPIs.
• Identify systemic quality risks and lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve product performance.
• Ensure lessons learned and best practices are deployed consistently across manufacturing locations.
• Lead complex customer concerns requiring coordination between manufacturing, R&D, Customer Centers, and warranty organizations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑focused product quality management within an automotive or related industrial environment.
• Strong ability to build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of driving quality improvements and managing escalations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the organization in high‑visibility meetings.
