Customer Service Representative – Mexico City

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mexico City. You will act as the main liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance and Manufacturing, ensuring smooth order processing and high‑quality service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review, process and manage all order‑related transactions.
• Provide accurate order status, shipment tracking, returns handling, pricing and availability information.
• Maintain and update customer‑specific data in internal systems.
• Support the order lifecycle from entry through post‑shipment activities.
• Invoice customer orders and verify administrative requirements.

Required profile

• Talented and motivated individual with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple internal stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills in English (and Spanish preferred).
