Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal supply chain functions. You will ensure that customer demand is accurately captured, integrated into production planning, and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer schedules via EDI, webEDI or paper and integrate them into the planning system.
• Identify and flag large order variations between forecasted and firmed orders.
• Release picking lists, monitor procurement, production and shipping to meet service level targets.
• Maintain safety stock levels and trigger alerts when thresholds are reached.
• Coordinate logistics issues with external platforms and ensure correct parameters (MOQ, lead‑time, transport schedule) are applied.
• Prepare customs documentation for exports and manage returnable packaging loops.
• Communicate precise information to customers, adapting frequency and method to the situation.
• Negotiate delivery dates with customers and internal teams to ensure feasibility.
• Measure daily service rates, propose improvement actions and handle crisis escalations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with EDI and webEDI systems.
• Knowledge of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) processes.
• Familiarity with procurement and logistics platforms.
• Understanding of customs documentation and export procedures.
