Customer Success Representative - Digital Farming

About the role

Netafim, part of Orbia, is looking for a Customer Success Representative to support its Digital Farming (GrowSphere) customers. The role is a primary point of contact for new and existing customers, helping them understand and use the GrowSphere platform through scheduled phone and virtual meetings. Most of the day is spent at a desk handling calls and follow-ups, with occasional field visits, troubleshooting and equipment testing.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and run onboarding sessions for new Digital Farming customers and keep existing ones engaged through regular follow-ups.
• Help growers understand and use the GrowSphere platform, adapting your approach to their technical comfort level.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance for the GrowSphere system and connected equipment, and escalate complex cases to internal teams.
• Identify customers who might expand or optimize their Digital Farming systems and pass qualified opportunities to the Key Account Manager.
• Work with sales, technical and field teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Document all interactions, notes and action items in the CRM, track scheduled calls and follow-ups, and monitor recurring themes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required; agricultural degree or coursework preferred.
• Experience in agriculture, irrigation, ag technology or related fields strongly preferred; customer success, support or account coordination experience is a plus.
• English fluency; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Comfortable spending most of the day on phone calls and virtual meetings, and able to work indoors and outdoors following safety guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with, or willingness to learn, CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and documentation skills.
