About the role
We are a fast‑growing, VC‑backed technology company seeking a hands‑on Customer Success Team Leader to manage our international Customer Success team and own key client relationships. This player‑coach position blends people management with direct customer ownership, ensuring global clients are onboarded, trained, and continuously derive value from our AI‑driven platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support an international team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a consultative, value‑driven culture.
- Maintain a personal book of business, partnering with key accounts to understand financial and operational workflows and drive high‑impact professional services and AI implementation projects.
- Define operational goals with clients, conduct regular business reviews, and demonstrate concrete ROI.
- Act as primary escalation point for international customer issues, providing strategic guidance to resolve complex blockers.
- Ensure consistent execution of onboarding, training, and support processes across regions.
- Monitor usage, adoption and engagement data to proactively mitigate churn and identify growth opportunities.
- Collect and relay critical customer feedback to Product and Operations teams and support post‑sales conversations when deep product expertise is required.
Required profile
- Player‑coach mentality with a passion for direct customer interaction while leading a team.
- Strong background in management consulting, fintech, implementation or project‑oriented environments.
- Proven analytical ability to discuss financial metrics, business ROI and navigate complex software implementations; AI project experience is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and a second language (bilingual preferred).
