Data Analytics Associate

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Analytics Associate to join our Data Information Systems team. The role supports data‑driven decision‑making by collecting, analysing and interpreting complex datasets, and works closely with customers, service and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain customer‑facing reports using Tableau, including scoping and data model integration.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to finalize proposals and with application development teams to align data models for reporting.
• Perform ongoing report maintenance and investigate data accuracy issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related field.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a similar role.
• Proficient English communication (C1 level) and ability to work independently on data‑science problems.

Required skills

• Tableau (or Power BI) for data visualisation.
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Python (preferred).
• Advanced Excel.
• Data mining, statistical analysis and machine‑learning concepts.
