Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant

About the role

Softtek is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant in Aguascalientes on a full-time basis. The consultant supports the stabilization and continuous improvement of an existing D365 F&SCM environment, takes part in end-to-end implementations across several countries and legal entities, and provides functional guidance, user training and production support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and turn them into scalable D365 solutions.
• Configure and maintain D365 Finance modules according to business needs.
• Design, execute and support system testing, including UAT and regression testing.
• Support deployment, go-live and post-production issue resolution.
• Monitor and optimize workflows, security configurations, reporting and batch jobs.
• Support integrations between D365 F&SCM and other enterprise applications.
• Identify automation opportunities using Power Apps, Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
• Provide functional guidance, user training and ongoing production support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&SCM or Dynamics AX functional consultant, functional analyst or similar ERP functional role.
• Proven experience implementing D365 Finance modules in enterprise environments and stabilizing existing ones.
• Experience across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live and post-production support.
• Strong stakeholder management and business process analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP transformation initiatives and data migration and integration strategies.

Required skills

• Strong functional expertise in one or more D365 F&SCM modules (Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.)
• Working knowledge of D365 F&SCM integrations, Data Entities, workflows, security roles, reporting and batch processing
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
• Extending and automating D365 processes with low-code technologies
