Data & BI Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Data & BI Media Manager to design, develop and maintain data pipelines that support our media measurement and analytics ecosystem. The role blends data‑engineering expertise with media‑focused data quality oversight, ensuring reliable insights for audience targeting and media investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, extract, develop and maintain dashboards, executive reports and analytical models such as MMMs and data warehouses.
• Manage audience measurement frameworks, ensuring accurate tracking, segmentation and interpretation of user behavior across digital and offline channels.
• Oversee media investment data management, consolidating and validating data from paid media, programmatic, social and search platforms.
• Integrate first‑, second‑ and third‑party audience data to enhance targeting strategies and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with media, strategy and technical teams to align audience insights with media planning and buying decisions.
• Translate complex data sets into clear business insights for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional and remote teams in a fast‑paced environment.
