Data Collection Operator

About the role

Field Motion is creating real‑world datasets for physical AI systems. We are looking for motivated individuals across Latin America to capture structured video and sensor data using their own smartphones. The role is open to both solo operators who will record data themselves and team managers who will recruit and coordinate local operators.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality video and sensor data following detailed collection protocols.
• Ensure data is recorded in appropriate commercial or residential environments when available.
• For managers: recruit, train, and oversee a team of operators in your area, guaranteeing consistency and compliance.
• Submit collected data according to the schedule provided by Field Motion.

Required profile

• Resident of a Latin American country.
• Own a smartphone that meets the specifications provided after application.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to strictly follow data‑collection guidelines.
• Access to commercial and/or residential locations for recording is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a smartphone for video and sensor data capture.
• Ability to follow technical protocols accurately.
