Demand Strategy Attorney

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Demand Strategy Attorney to join our Demands Team. In this position you will evaluate personal injury cases, determine demand readiness, and craft persuasive demand packages that drive favorable settlement outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Review personal injury case files and assess liability, medical records, damages, and supporting evidence.
• Decide whether a case is ready for demand or requires further development, documenting deficiencies and recommendations.
• Draft comprehensive, persuasive demand letters and full demand packages.
• Develop case strategies that clearly present liability, damages, and settlement value.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to move cases efficiently through the demand process.
• Ensure demand packages meet quality standards and are completed within established timelines.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree.
• Licensed attorney in good standing.
• Experience in personal injury law, civil litigation, insurance claims, or demand preparation.
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and sound legal judgment.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
