Destination Experiences Specialist

About the role

Join Aman at Sea as a Destination Experiences Specialist, shaping curated shore activities and overland journeys that reflect the brand’s transformational luxury philosophy. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to deliver unforgettable, culturally rich experiences for ultra‑luxury guests.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a portfolio of curated activities and attractions aligned with Aman’s luxury standards.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Destination Experiences, Marketing, Sales, and Onboard Operations to ideate and launch new shoreside offerings, private events, and journeys.
• Integrate storytelling and cultural engagement into each experience while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Liaise with itinerary planners and shipboard teams to seamlessly incorporate shore experiences into voyage schedules.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local partners, DMCs, venues, and tourism authorities to secure best‑in‑class service.
• Conduct on‑site inspections, vendor performance reviews, and feedback collection to maintain safety, quality, and brand alignment.
• Monitor destination trends, competitor offers, and guest preferences to inform product strategy.
• Promote responsible tourism, supporting local economies and minimizing environmental impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in luxury travel, destination management, or experiential product development.
• Deep understanding of global destination landscapes and cultural protocols.
• Proven track record of creating and managing high‑end shore excursions or land programs.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Destination Experiences reservation management systems.
