Destination Services Sales Representative (Mexico)

About the role

Join TUI's Destination Services team in Mexico as a Sales Representative. You will interact with international guests, understand their holiday needs and match them with TUI's online products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Meet, coordinate, advise and sell travel solutions to guests.
• Assist guests with online products, resolve complex issues on the spot.
• Monitor sales targets and gather guest feedback for continuous improvement.
• Represent TUI at airports and hotels, ensuring a high level of service.

Required profile

• Residency in Mexico and legal right to work locally.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Team‑player with a positive attitude and strong customer focus.
• Calm and empathetic in stressful situations.
• Eagerness to learn TUI’s technology and product portfolio.

What we offer

• Base salary of MXN 8,400 gross per month.
• Average commission potential of USD 1,500 per month.
• Company iPad, uniform and 48‑hour work week with 1.5 days off.
