DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Enterprise Integration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our enterprise‑scale CI/CD infrastructure. You will work closely with IT, platform, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable release pipelines across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Gerrit.
• Manage shared and self‑hosted runner environments, ensuring high availability.
• Collaborate with corporate IT and platform teams to resolve infrastructure issues and implement enterprise‑wide integrations.
• Develop integrations with Jira, Artifactory, code‑scanning tools, artifact signing, and compliance platforms.
• Configure branch protection policies, repository management, and automation workflows.
• Monitor ecosystem changes and adapt pipelines to platform updates, security requirements, and API modifications.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost deployment reliability and developer productivity.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Build & Release Engineering.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across engineering, platform, and IT teams.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
