DevOps Engineer

About the role

Restaurant365 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the Enterprise Technology team. You will support the internal platform that hosts Claude AI applications, building and maintaining Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security controls.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure resources such as App Services, Functions, Container Apps, and networking for AI applications.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Manage environment promotion workflows, pull‑request reviews, and deployment approvals.
• Onboard internal Claude AI applications, ensuring proper configuration and security.
• Implement secrets management with Azure Key Vault, API key rotation, and OAuth handling.
• Monitor platform health with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics; respond to alerts and incidents.
• Contribute to IaC repositories (Terraform/Bicep) and write documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash, and PowerShell for operational tasks.
• Assist with cost monitoring, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and security reviews.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Azure infrastructure services.
• Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
• Familiarity with secrets management and security best practices.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to platform incidents.
