DevOps Engineer – Remote (Guadalajara)

About the role

HCLTech is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its global technology team. The position is initially remote within the Guadalajara, Jalisco area, with an expectation to return to the office in the near future. Candidates must be ready to relocate to Guadalajara immediately if they are currently outside the region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Manage Linux/Unix environments and support application deployments.
• Work with UCD (UrbanCode Deploy) for automated releases.
• Provide basic OpenShift support and troubleshoot containerized workloads.
• Monitor and analyze logs using Kibana to ensure system reliability.

Required profile

• Willingness to relocate to Guadalajara right away.
• Strong understanding of DevOps best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, globally distributed team.
