Digital Content Specialist – Amazon Marketplace

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist to own and enhance product listings on Amazon Canada. You will ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience by driving organic visibility, conversion rates, and overall performance of our Amazon storefront.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and optimize Amazon product detail pages (PDPs) following Amazon best practices.
• Create and update titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, videos, and A+ Content.
• Manage content updates through Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
• Identify and resolve listing suppressions, compliance risks, and content issues.
• Conduct keyword research and implement Amazon SEO strategies.
• Monitor rankings, conversion rates, traffic, and run A/B tests via Manage Your Experiments (MYE).
• Maintain and refresh Amazon Brand Store content.
• Analyze customer reviews and Q&A to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Support new product launches by ensuring listing accuracy and readiness.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and media teams to align content with business goals.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Amazon, eCommerce, digital content, or marketplace management.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of PDP optimization, conversion best practices, and Amazon SEO.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
