Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Ansell is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive ROI and business growth. You will work closely with global digital and creative teams to enhance online engagement, acquire customers, and generate revenue through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and forms using Marketo.
• Apply best practices in segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
• Manage smart campaigns, nurture programs, and lead routing between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Utilise Salesforce for lead management, reporting, data hygiene, pipeline visibility, and revenue attribution.
• Track performance with UTM parameters and provide detailed campaign analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align campaign objectives and requirements.
• Conduct pre‑launch testing of marketing assets and ensure data integrity.
• Support webinars and events on the ON24 platform, handling setup and post‑event follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the digital marketing industry and multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Ability to develop data‑driven strategies that improve conversion rates and user journeys.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, global teams.
• Proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth.
