Digital Marketing Specialist – LATAM

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist, LATAM will execute, activate and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid media, events and email to drive demand generation throughout the Latin America region. The role works closely with agencies, regional stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely launch, accurate tracking and continuous performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of integrated campaigns across paid media, in‑person and digital events, and email channels for the LATAM market.
• Partner with agencies and internal teams to manage campaign setup, landing pages, audience segmentation, lead routing and on‑time deployment.
• Support campaign reporting and measurement using PowerBI, create and maintain CRM campaign records and hierarchies, and ensure data accuracy and attribution integrity.
• Utilise marketing technology—including enterprise marketing automation platforms, Salesforce CRM and campaign tracking tools—to build assets, configure forms, manage integrations and support the transition to Marketing Cloud.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation or marketing operations.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms (Eloqua or Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for campaign creation, lead management and reporting.
• Demonstrated success launching and supporting campaigns in the LATAM region.
• Strong project‑management, organisational and analytical abilities.
