About the role

We are looking for a Digital Transformation & Automation Lead to drive logistics innovation. You will identify, design and implement automation, digital platforms and advanced analytics that boost efficiency, productivity and competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement and automation opportunities across logistics operations.
• Design, develop and maintain digital platforms that support business processes.
• Analyze operational and performance data to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Lead project management activities, from planning to execution and monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer operations.
• Demonstrated track record as a project leader.
• Solid understanding of digital platforms.
• Intermediate level of English.

• Programming.
