Sr. Analyst Logistics Replenishment

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Replenishment Logistics supports end‑to‑end basing logistics planning and execution, translating planning signals into actionable operating plans and ensuring reliable product flow across the global supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate basing logistics plans and operating schedules across replenishment, warehousing and fulfillment to meet service, cost and inventory targets.
• Monitor execution versus plan, identify constraints and drive same‑day or weekly recovery actions with functional owners.
• Build and maintain routine performance reporting (service, fill‑rate, on‑time delivery, inventory health, transportation cost, etc.) using ERP/WMS/TMS outputs and BI tools.
• Maintain operations playbooks, standard work and escalation paths, and support deployment of new routines across internal teams and external partners.
• Lead ocean network planning, performance management and exception handling, driving continuous improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and drive closure across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to translate data into clear narratives and facilitate operating routines.
• Working knowledge of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes including replenishment planning, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation and customs.
• Experience with S&OP/S&OE operating models and distributor operations forums is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP, WMS and TMS systems.
• Data analysis and KPI reporting using Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience handling large data sets and validating data completeness.
• Familiarity with shipment visibility tools and BI platforms.
