Director, Department Store Sales – LATAM

About the role

We are looking for a Director to lead our Department Store business across Latin America. Reporting to the Senior Marketplace Sales Director, you will shape and execute partner strategies, drive both sell‑in and sell‑through performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement long‑term partner strategies for key department stores such as Liverpool.
• Manage account relationships, go‑to‑market planning, and sales plans to achieve KPI targets.
• Oversee sell‑in and sell‑through processes and coordinate comprehensive account management across merchandising, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Lead the Department Store sales team, coach members, and promote an inclusive, idea‑driven environment.
• Conduct market visits, develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.
• Use financial data to inform decisions and maximize account profitability.

Required profile

• 7–9 years of relevant experience in field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales planning or analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong retail or sales background, preferably with Nike experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Experience managing key accounts such as Liverpool.
• Ability to create clear, persuasive presentations and understand market trends.
• Passion for sports is a plus.
