Director, Market Officer – Ciudad Juarez

About the role

The Director, Market Officer leads Prologis’ portfolio of over 20 million square feet of prime logistics real estate across Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua and Hermosillo. Based in Ciudad Juárez, the role oversees leasing, forecasting, strategic planning and the Customer Experience team while partnering with capital deployment, development and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 12‑person customer experience team, fostering an inspirational environment.
• Build, communicate, supervise and execute the market vision, strategy, KPIs and annual business plan.
• Develop and execute real‑estate strategies and transactions that support Prologis’ core business and ancillary revenue streams.
• Maintain and grow Prologis’ position as the industry leader.
• Represent Prologis with key stakeholders in cities, municipalities and the business community.
• Report on market trends, lease and sale comps, absorption numbers and construction activity.
• Assess market opportunities, capabilities and competitive threats.
• Achieve financial goals and manage market expenses.
• Prepare short‑ and long‑term strategic plans, priorities, objectives and the annual budget.
• Lead financial accounting and reporting, identify monthly trends and re‑forecast as needed.
• Partner with the Capital Deployment team to monetize the land bank and source new asset acquisitions.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, brokers, consultants, planners and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive, relevant experience in logistics real‑estate or a related field.
• Proven leadership of large, cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of successful leasing, acquisition and development of logistics properties.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting and expense management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and government entities.
• Deep understanding of market analysis, trends and competitive dynamics.
• Experience collaborating with capital deployment, development and construction teams.
