Director of Academic Excellence (Remote)

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior academic leader to own and scale its proven accelerated‑learning model. You will translate learning‑science research into concrete curriculum, motivation, and technology frameworks that enable students to achieve twice‑the‑speed outcomes in just two hours per day.

Key responsibilities

• Design academic frameworks that turn scientific principles into actionable curriculum, motivation architecture, and application development.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and results‑focused performance across multiple school sites.
• Integrate data, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into ecosystem assessments that identify high‑impact obstacles and recommend targeted interventions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through structured planning, continuous feedback loops, and milestone oversight.
• Serve as the public face of 2 Hour Learning at key forums, keynote presentations, and engagements with Ministries of Education worldwide.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of leading academic programs that deliver measurable student performance improvements.
• Experience standardizing execution across diverse school environments and raising leadership performance standards.
• Strong public‑speaking ability and credibility to advocate for systemic educational transformation.
