Director of Cybersecurity

About the role

DYOPATH is seeking a Director of Cybersecurity to shape and execute a comprehensive security strategy that drives business value for both internal operations and client engagements. This senior leader will act as a trusted advisor to executives, guide revenue‑generating security services, and ensure robust protection across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise‑wide cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and oversee security policies, standards, and frameworks such as NIST, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Lead client‑facing activities including sales presentations, executive discussions, and fractional CISO advisory services.
• Direct incident response planning and execution in collaboration with S/NOC and service delivery teams.
• Partner with product and delivery teams to embed security into new offerings and drive innovation.
• Manage cybersecurity vendors, partners, and emerging technology adoption.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in cybersecurity strategy and execution.
• Advanced professional proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to translate security initiatives into business value and revenue growth.
• Willingness to provide occasional after‑hours support for security incidents.
