Director of Finance / Fractional CFO (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Director of Finance who will act as a fractional CFO for multiple clients across LATAM. This full‑time, 100% remote position blends high‑level financial strategy with day‑to‑day operational execution and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as fractional CFO for a portfolio of clients in diverse industries.
• Develop financial strategy, forecasting, scenario planning, budgeting, and cash‑flow management.
• Evaluate KPIs and recommend actions to improve profitability and operational performance.
• Advise on capital planning, financing, debt management, margins, inventory, and major investment decisions.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with business owners and executives; lead recurring strategic meetings.
• Translate complex financial data into clear business insights for both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Review and validate work prepared by accounting teams and collaborate on process improvements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, advisory, or CFO‑level leadership.
• Proven ability to work directly with business owners or executive teams.
• Strong leadership, client communication, and multitasking skills in fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Relevant credentials such as CPA, MBA, or advanced finance/accounting qualifications.
