Director of Growth (CPG/DTC)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing wellness brand with 500K+ customers and shelf space at major retailers. We need a hands‑on Director of Growth to own the full digital customer journey and accelerate our DTC revenue from a $2M run‑rate toward $10M+.

Key responsibilities

• Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok, scaling effective campaigns and cutting under‑performing ones against MER targets.
• Build and manage the retention engine using email, SMS, CRM, and subscription flows in Klaviyo.
• Map and optimise every touchpoint of the customer journey, improving on‑site conversion and repeat purchase rates.
• Track MER, LTV, CAC, contribution margin, and cohort performance in Triple Whale to make profit‑first decisions.
• Segment audiences into data‑backed cohorts for precise acquisition and lifecycle actions.
• Establish a high‑velocity testing loop for creative, offers, and funnels with clear thresholds.

Required profile

• Proven operator who has driven acquisition‑to‑retention growth for a Shopify‑based consumer ecommerce brand.
• Full‑funnel fluency across paid media, lifecycle/CRM, CRO, and subscription models.
• Numbers‑first mindset comfortable with MER, LTV, CAC, contribution margin, and cohort analysis.
• Ability to move quickly in lean, budget‑disciplined environments and switch between execution and strategy.
• Excellent written and spoken English; self‑directed and comfortable working async across North American time zones.
