Senior SEO Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Strategist to own and drive SEO strategies for a portfolio of large and enterprise-level clients. The focus is on generating qualified leads and revenue, leveraging technical SEO, AI-powered search, GEO targeting, and CRO insights while serving as the primary SEO contact for each account.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute SEO strategies that tie directly to lead generation and revenue outcomes.
• Lead technical SEO, on-page optimization, content planning, and link-building initiatives.
• Develop and apply AI Search, GEO, Reddit and YouTube optimization tactics to broaden visibility.
• Analyze behavioral data to inform on-site CRO and CRM messaging for incremental gains.
• Conduct client status calls, report performance, and stay ahead of algorithm updates.
• Collaborate with the sales team on audits, custom strategies, and pitch materials.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of SEO agency experience with measurable impact on leads or revenue.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web development fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily SEO workflows.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics platforms such as Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
