Director of Recruitment – North America

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Director of Recruitment to lead Talent Acquisition strategy and operations across North America for a rapidly growing multinational organization. The role partners directly with executive leadership in the United States to build scalable recruitment functions that support aggressive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Partner with U.S. executive leadership to forecast workforce needs and design long‑term talent plans.
• Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performing team of Recruiters, Senior Recruiters and TA professionals.
• Drive full‑cycle recruitment for professional, technical, operational and leadership positions across multiple business units.
• Build scalable processes that improve quality of hire, reduce time‑to‑fill and enhance candidate experience.
• Design innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, AI‑powered recruiting technologies and market intelligence.
• Analyze recruiting metrics such as quality of hire, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, cost‑per‑hire and time‑to‑fill.
• Support employer branding and represent the organization at networking events, universities and industry conferences.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
• Proven success leading recruitment organizations in high‑growth or rapidly changing environments.
• Experience managing recruitment teams across multiple locations in Mexico; experience in the United States market preferred.
• Track record of reporting directly to executive leadership.
