SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team remotely. You will work directly with Mexican clients, delivering implementation and production support for the Employee Central module.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for new and existing customers.
• Perform mass uploads of employee and organizational data, ensuring data integrity.
• Develop and maintain business rules and MDF objects to meet client requirements.
• Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot issues using ticketing tools.
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and deliver training as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Active certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
