Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) – Manufacturing

About the role

The Bilingual Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end hiring for both direct production staff and indirect roles such as administration, engineering and management within our Guadalajara plant. Reporting to the local HR team, you will work closely with the Central Recruitment Team in China to ensure staffing aligns with production targets and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for production associates and indirect positions.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and headcount plans to meet demand.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define priorities and improve candidate experience.
• Maintain regular communication with the Central Recruitment Team in China.
• Update vacancy data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and build talent pipelines.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate and recruitment funnel metrics.
• Establish relationships with agencies, universities, job boards and community partners.
• Organise recruitment events, job fairs and hiring campaigns in compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including direct and indirect labor hiring.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume recruitment projects.
• Native or fluent Spanish and advanced spoken and written English.
