Director of Residences

About the role

The Director of Residences will lead the residential component of Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas, overseeing 61 luxury residences within the ultra‑luxury ocean‑front resort. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, this role ensures an exceptional living experience that reflects Four Seasons’ standards of service, elegance, and genuine hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of residence operations, including guest services, maintenance, and concierge functions.
• Develop and implement service standards that align with Four Seasons brand values.
• Collaborate with the culinary, spa, fitness, and events teams to create integrated experiences for residents.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and revenue generation for the residence portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing residence team.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, guests, and local partners.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end residential management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
