Director of Revenue Management – Pre-Opening (CALA)

About the role

The Director of Revenue Management – Pre‑Opening leads the strategic revenue planning for a portfolio of complex hotel openings across the CALA region. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Management, the role shapes commercial outcomes from early development through launch, working closely with senior leaders in Commercial, Operations, Finance and Development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive pre‑opening revenue strategy for multiple hotel projects, including pricing, positioning, inventory, segmentation and forecasting assumptions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Finance and Development to ensure alignment and commercial readiness.
• Evaluate market opportunities, identify revenue risks and recommend tactics to optimise performance throughout the pre‑opening lifecycle.
• Establish governance, processes and strategic frameworks to maintain consistency and quality across all openings.
• Provide regional leadership and decision‑making authority for revenue initiatives that impact launch performance and long‑term profitability.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with a focus on new‑property openings.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated autonomy in decision‑making and a track record of delivering successful launch outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
