Director of Sales & Marketing

About the role

The Director of Sales & Marketing will shape and execute the commercial strategy for Susurros del Corazón, a luxury oceanfront resort in Punta de Mita. Reporting to senior leadership, this executive will oversee both sales and marketing functions while collaborating closely with Revenue Management, Public Relations, and Communications teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the resort’s annual and long‑term commercial strategy aligned with financial and brand objectives.
• Lead the integration of Sales and Marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Revenue Management, PR, and Communications.
• Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel advisors, agency partners, wholesalers, meeting planners, and other industry stakeholders.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, partnership, and experiential channels.
• Ensure brand consistency with Auberge Collection standards and positioning.
• Partner with Revenue Management to support pricing, inventory, segmentation, and distribution strategies.
• Analyze market intelligence, pace reports, forecasting, and performance metrics to drive profitability.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in sales and marketing within luxury hospitality or a comparable high‑end tourism environment.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with travel advisors, agencies, and industry partners.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel regularly to the resort.
